何盼,2006年毕业于重庆大学,获软件工程专业学士学位;2008年毕业于重庆大学,获计算机软件与理论专业硕士学位;2012年毕业于重庆大学,获计算机科学与技术博士学位。
CCF服务计算与软件工程专委会委员,CCF YOCSEF重庆AC委员。2012年6月至今在中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院工作。主持国家及省部级项目4项,参与其他国家级省部级科研项目10余项。主要研究软件系统可靠性保障与优化方法;负责BD2/GPS多模多频高精度定位技术研究、集成通信链路机理研究及终端研制、智能化物联网关键技术研究及终端研制等。以第一作者及通讯作者发表EI/SCI论文30余篇,获授权发明专利6项,担任多个可靠性领域SCI期刊审稿人。
