罗开盛,博士,副研究员,硕导,主要研究领域为国土资源遥感、地理信息系统与水文水资源相关研究。以第一作者/独作在Landscape and Urban PlanningRemote SensingJournal of Environmental Management、生态学报等国内外顶级/知名期刊发表论文20多篇,研究成果受到院士、国家自然资源部以及国内外同行的广泛认可;主持/参与国家级项目4项、部级项目1项。
