5月27日下午，俄亥俄州大学张韬教授应邀访问我院，并作题为“Water Resources Research and Education: An Ohio Experience”的学术报告，报告中张韬教授为我们讲解了他在俄亥俄州大学进行的水库、湖泊的水资源管理方面的科学研究和教育工作。三峡所所长郭劲松研究员主持了学术报告，刘鸿副所长、裴得胜研究员、吴胜军研究员、徐愿坚研究员、杨复沫研究员、宋立岩副研究员等三峡所员工和研究生参加了此次报告，并就地表水资源应用进行了深入的交流。

Tiao J. Chang, Ph.D.（張韬）:Dr. Chang joined the Ohio University faculty in 1982. He has written over 100 technical articles and papers for professional publications. His principal research interests are water resources and environmental engineering, drought management, reservoir operation, open channel flow computation, application of GIS/GPS, zebra mussel problem prevention in water intakes, flood control, watershed erosion, and sediment deposits.
